Dispatch
We dispatch within one working day of receiving your order. Every stand ships with a printed step-by-step guide showing you how to link it to your Google Business Profile — it takes a couple of minutes on a phone and needs doing only once.
Delivery
Delivery is free on every order within the United Kingdom, sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48. There is no minimum order value.
Tracked 48 normally arrives within two to three working days of dispatch, though this is Royal Mail's estimate rather than a guarantee. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order leaves us.
We don't currently ship outside the UK. If you're outside the UK and want a stand, email us and we'll quote you directly.
Cancelling your order
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you are buying as a consumer you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To cancel, email jssmartsystems@gmail.com with your order number. You can use the model cancellation form but you don't have to — a clear statement is enough.
You then have a further 14 days to send the stand back. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or wrongly supplied. We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, to the card you paid with.
Please return the stand undamaged and complete, with the setup guide, so it can be resold.
Faulty or not as described
If a stand arrives damaged, or won't hold a link when set up on a modern phone, tell us within 30 days and you're entitled to a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We'll cover return postage in that case, or simply send a replacement — whichever you'd prefer.
If a fault appears after 30 days but within six months, we'll repair or replace it free of charge.
Changing your listing
If your business moves, rebrands, or you set up a new Google listing, you can relink the stand yourself at any time using the same guide. There is no limit on how many times it can be relinked, and it costs nothing.
Help with setup
If you get stuck, email or call us and we'll talk you through it. If it still won't work we'll replace the stand or refund you.
Business buyers
The 14-day cancellation right above applies to consumers. Most of our customers buy as a business, in which case it doesn't apply automatically — but we honour it anyway. If a stand isn't right for your counter, send it back within 14 days and we'll refund it.
