Who we are
JS Smart Systems is a sole trader business operated by Joe Spray, based in Straiton, Midlothian, Scotland. You can reach us at jssmartsystems@gmail.com or on 07585 959095. Our full trading address is available on request and will be provided on your invoice.
The contract
Placing an order through this site is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch, not when you pay. If we can't fulfil an order — stock, a listing we can't identify, or an obvious pricing error — we'll refund you in full and no contract will have been formed.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. JS Smart Systems is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged and none can be reclaimed on your purchase.
Payment is taken by card through Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before you pay.
What you're buying
A contactless review stand made from cherry wood, containing a rewritable passive NFC tag, supplied with a printed guide showing you how to link it to your Google Business Profile review page. It requires no battery, no power, no WiFi and no subscription.
The stand works with NFC-enabled phones. Practically all iPhones from the iPhone 7 onward and the large majority of Android phones sold in the last decade support this. Some older or budget handsets do not, and some users disable NFC. We test every stand before dispatch on both iOS and Android.
What we can't promise
We make the act of leaving a review faster. We can't control whether your customers choose to leave one, what they write, how Google ranks your listing, or whether Google chooses to display a given review. Nothing on this site should be read as a guarantee of a particular number of reviews, a particular rating, or a particular position in search results.
We never filter, gate or screen reviews by rating, and we won't help you do so. Directing only happy customers to review you breaches Google's policies and can get your listing penalised. The stand links every customer to the same page.
Setting it up
The stand is supplied unlinked, with a printed guide. You link it to your own Google listing using a free NFC app on your phone. It can be relinked as often as you like, at no cost.
You are responsible for linking it to the correct listing, and you confirm that you own or are authorised to act for that business. If you get stuck, contact us and we'll help.
Liability
We don't limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for lost profits, lost business or lost goodwill.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Scots law, and the courts of Scotland have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you keep the right to bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
